  • Opened Computer Packaging or Installed Operating Systems: For all computers, laptops, and pre-built systems, returns and refunds will not be possible once the original packaging has been opened, or if an operating system (such as Windows) has been installed on the computer.
  • Used Items: Any products that show signs of use, wear and tear, or have been tampered with are not eligible for return or refund. This includes accessories like mice, keyboards, webcams, or other peripherals that have been operated.
  • Special Orders: Products that were specifically ordered for you, such as custom-configured systems or non-standard components, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Software: Opened software packages, including operating systems, application suites, or digital licenses, are generally non-refundable.
  • Consumable Supplies: Items such as printer ink cartridges, toner, blank media (CDs/DVDs), or batteries are non-refundable once their seals are broken or packaging is opened.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or sold at a significant discount due to being discontinued or having minor imperfections are non-returnable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Out-of-Box Defects: If you receive a computer or accessory that is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or is clearly defective immediately upon opening the package, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection, and upon verification, provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs for the defective item.
  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives with visible damage from shipping, please do not accept the delivery if possible. If you do accept it, contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the product.
