All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Placement
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including billing, shipping, and payment details.
3.2 Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). We accept the following payment methods:

- Benefit Pay
- Cash (where applicable)
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.
3.3 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed before order confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
4.2 Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging and accessories.
Certain items—such as software, opened consumables, and used products—may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
5.2 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
